5000 sq.ft fabrication facility located adjacent to the main assembly shop. Tig welding, mig welding, plasma cutting, metal foaming and sandblasting. All projects are media blasted right of the start. This allows us to find all the problem areas. Next we move 90% of the projects to the fixture table before we start cutting . Once the bad areas are removed the new metal is replaced as pre factory spec or made to the custom spec we are trying to achieve.

Our parts restoration department utilizes different sectors of each shop. In the Metal working area they use the sandblasting cabinet and grinding area. To prep parts they use the body shop area and when ready for paint they utilize the paint booth. The finished parts are then placed on stainless steel carts that belong to the corresponding project in the finish assembly area.
Our engine rebuilds for our restorations are done outside by our partner Jensen Racing in Nescopeck PA. Andy Jensen has one of the leading engine shops in the country. Every engine comes ready to go dyno tested and broke in. Once the engine come back they fall in line with Parts Restoration area and are detailed to the correct factory appearance. All other drive train parts are rebuilt and restored by our Parts Restoration department in house. Once completed they are staged along the other parts at the corresponding project.
As you can imagine our final assembly area is the largest area in the shop. We have 7 bays one for each project in house. We also have a lift bay for easy access for under car assembly. The area has a clean waxed, epoxy coated floor and is kept in spotless condition. This is where the final detailing is done and there is no room for dirt in this part of the process. Our partners at Cornwell tools supply all our hand tools. You can't build quality cars without quality tools and this is why we use Cornwell Tools.
